Terms and Conditions – JMF Markets

1. Introduction

Welcome to JMF Markets. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Store Information

JMF Markets is an online store operating under the dropshipping model. All products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses to the customer's address.

3. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at all times. In the case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative or refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Since JMF Markets is not yet registered for VAT purposes, VAT is not currently charged on orders.
Payments can be made via secure payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping to Portugal (mainland and islands). Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or transport services.

6. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If any information is incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately to correct it.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee the possibility of modification as the order may already be processing.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team for instructions. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Warranty

Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If applicable, warranty details are included in the product description. JMF Markets will facilitate communication with the supplier in the event of a warranty claim.

10. Liability

JMF Markets is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products or for losses due to delays or order cancellations. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of JMF Markets or our partners and is protected by copyright laws. It may not be used without our express written permission.

12. Anti-Fraud Policy

JMF Markets reserves the right to take all necessary measures to detect and prevent fraud. Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk may be subject to verification. This may include confirmation of identity, address, or payment method.
If fraud is suspected, the order may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, we reserve the right to report the incident to the appropriate authorities and block access to our store.
